A few of us discussed some ideas tonight. We were thinking about:
(a) putting a flyer in a public place in Liverpool promoting universalism with a QR code to our site;
(b) asking churches to put up a poster mentioning our site, emphasising its broad ecumenical character; and,
(c) approaching ministers to request an invite to speak at one of their Bible study meetings on universalism.
Are there any other or better ways of doing this? And does anyone have any ready-made designs, which might provide eye-catching poster messages, with perhaps a separate flyer for churchgoers and one for non-believers?
I've made a further update (attached). Please let e have your thoughts on this. It will cost £1,800 to create a digital billboard in a few ig cities for a month. If anyone can help withy the costs in anyway, please drop me a line. God bless.
I've now updated this to link 'the Chosen' title and to make the universalist message clearer. I felt the original message could have been construed as coming from Jehovah's Witnesses and others who believe in conditional immortality.
In the final version I intend to insert a QR code so people can quickly check us out on their mobiles, if they want to.
Does anyone have any thoughts or suggestions?
Yeah I like the poster, the character "Jonathan Roumie" looks very inviting and should surely draw people to the understanding that this projected afterlife of violence is incompatible with the personality of Jesus.
What about a poster along these lines?
I intend to start contacting ministers next week. If I get an invitation to one of their Bible classes, would anyone like to come with me?
